Job Overview
The Admin Assistant will be responsible for Switchboard, Reception, Administration, assisting the office manager with Office Facilities, Travel booking cover and to be the first port of call and friendly face of OLM Group Ltd.
Job Functions
To be the friendly and professional first port of call to Customers, external companies, all staff members and visitors to OLM’s head office in Teddington

Server Analyst
Teddington office based.
Job Function Tasks
With relevant experience, you will have responsibility for the expert delivery of the server infrastructure from multiple sites, related services and the WAN infrastructure for OLM Group and its customers.
You will already be technically expert in most areas below and show capability of addressing gaps in your experience.

Desktop Services Analyst
Teddington office based.
Role Description
You will provide support for all the desktop services used within the OLM Group. You will already be a technical expert and be capable of scheduling your own workload within a framework defined by the Desktop services manager.
Key functions and tasks associated with this role are:
• Ensuring the Desktop policy is enforced
• Installation and support of desktop equipment and utility software to OLM group, including Homeworkers to the defined standards
• Inventory maintenance of hardware and software
• Support of the mobile phone estate and Telecoms infrastructure
• LAN management and support
• Liaising with 3rd parties to resolve service issues
• Administering and communicating the backup policies of desktop services
• Managing projects
• Ensuring software license policies are followed
• Security administration (including Anti-virus and Internet monitoring)
• Disaster recovery testing
• Mentoring of junior members of the team
• Provision of ad hoc user training
• Production of documentation – from end user guides through to technical configuration
• Administration of the IT function within business processes (e.g. starters and leaver)
Essential Skills and Qualifications:

Business Developer Manager/Workforce Development Manager
Teddington or home based – regular travel to the Brighton office
Pavilion Publishing is a leading publishing, information services and events organisation based in Brighton, we require a business development manager to form relationships and sell our range of training and support materials into the public sector.
Responsibilities include;
• To increase the sales in local authority’s and health sectors, which will include selling training packs. Handbook, e-learning and training events.
• You will need to understand the requirements and support required by Workforce Development Managers in the public sector, to form solutions for their needs, which will encompass the breadth of Pavilion products.
• Work with existing customers to maximise their potential
• Major input regarding ideas and content for the company’s website.

Coldfusion Developer
Teddington Office based - 6 month fixed-term contract
The Developer role is to design and develop web-based applications in a project-based product development environment at OLM. Using ColdFusion in a J2EE development environment.
Key functions and tasks associated with this role are:
• Develop well commented code and conduct unit and integration testing on completed functionality, including coding of automated unit tests.
• Understand and adhere to organisation’s Agile Scrum development processes.
• Seek to identify project technical impacts wherever possible. Escalate such issues to the Senior Developer / Technical Architect in a timely manner.
• Where necessary escalate technical issues to the Senior Developer / Technical Architect for discussion and resolution.
Skills
Essential skills
• Comprehensive knowledge and commercial experience of ColdFusion v8 software development .
• HTML and JavaScript experience
• Good knowledge of Oracle SQL/PLSQL
• Good communication skills, including the ability to produce high quality documentation for both a technical and non technical audience.
• A good understanding of testing techniques.
Desirable skills
