Arlene Adams
Arlene Adams was appointed MD of OLM Systems in April 2009. Between 2009-11, she led the business to support local authorities and health care providers with the tools and services necessary to respond to a complex and changing market.
In 2011, Arlene co-founded Peppermint Technology, a legal software business backed by OLM Group. She remains a board member of OLM Group.
Arlene has held numerous leadership positions in both UK and global technology companies over a 15 year period. Most recently Arlene was Managing Director of IRIS Legal, which specialises in the delivery of finance and case management solutions for the UK legal industry. Prior to that she held the post of CEO Valista, an international mobile payment software company. Arlene has also held senior leadership roles in large global companies including a UK board position with technology giant Sun Microsystems where she was UK Product & Solutions Director. In her early career Arlene worked for IBM in sales management.
Arlene holds a 1st Class Hons Business and Human Resource Management from the University of Stirling.
