Fraser McCluskey
Director, Business Development Unit
Fraser joined OLM in 1995 and is one of the longest serving members of the company. Fraser has been involved in a number of senior roles as the company has grown over the years from leading the formation of strategic commercial partnerships to creating the business consultancy unit. He currently leads the Business Development Unit in developing opportunities in social care and new market areas.
Prior to joining OLM, Fraser worked for ICL (now Fujitsu Services) as Lead UK Social Services Consultant, advising ICL social care customers on business and information strategies. His original career path in social care started in Strathclyde Regional Council, where he held a number of research, policy and information posts.
He has co-authored a number of books on social policy in the UK.
Fraser holds a BSc in Psychology and a Diploma in Public Administration.
