In line with the Government’s drive to radically reform adult social care, the London Borough of Redbridge is leading the way with its approach to Putting People First. The Borough is steaming ahead with Phase 1 of its personalisation priorities, working in partnership with OLM Systems, part of OLM Group, leading supplier of integrated information solutions to the care sector.
Redbridge remains highly committed to its move towards a personalised operational model. In order to work towards a shift in the way that adult social care operates Redbridge has deployed a hosted Personalisation Technology Solution from OLM Systems to address a number of challenges; how best it could adapt existing systems, provide a new public facing system or portal, carry out performance monitoring and management and provide data ownership and governance.
