OLM is currently recruiting for the following positions:


vacancy icon Head of Sales
  The role will report directly to the newly appointed Managing Director of the OLM Systems division and be part of the senior management team contributing to the strategic direction of the division. Responsibilities include the daily management of sales personnel including account managers, new business sales and service sales, as well as building and maintaining successful customer relationships and commercial contracts and devising and managing clear sales and marketing campaigns with measured results. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a strong track record, backed by evidence, of delivering sales targets both as a sales person and a team manager, and of managing a sales organisation through the use of strong sales processes and KPIs.

  One based in the North & one based in the South. Reporting to the Head of Sales the successful applicants will be tenacious and ambitious with a strong sense of urgency and a proven track record and clear demonstrable evidence of meeting year on year sales targets. A proven solution sales professional you will need solid experience of winning and closing new business deals in the region of £100K to £2 million including of software, services and infrastructure.We are seeking creative individuals with the gravitas and presence to instill the confidence to build and maintain long term customer relationships and demonstrate a strong use of sales process to manage and control sales opportunities. Experience of selling into local government would be preferential but is not essential as is a background in case management/CRM/ERP software sales. Experience of selling hosted and managed services would also be preferable.
