OLM is currently recruiting for the following positions:

	Finance Associates
	We are looking for associates with all levels of Finance experience, ideally with finance experience in Local Government and Social Care, but not essential. The OLM Professional Services Finance Transformation Team offers financial consultancy and interim financial management resources to social care services across the Country. Working with local authorities to review and modernise financial processes and systems, we can help organisations make significant improvements in services.
	ColdFusion Developer
	This role is to design and develop web-based applications in a project-based product development environment using ColdFusion MX in a J2EE development. Must have HTML and JavaScript experience & a good knowledge of PL/SQL and Oracle RDBMS. Also a good understanding of testing techniques. Knowledge of Social Care business is desirable.

Our aim is quite simply to be the market leader in supporting local authorities and others in delivering this exciting new direction in Social Care To achieve that aim we now need experienced and knowledgeable self starters to join our team. You are likely to already have an excellent reputation in the industry as a senior manager. You will certainly be both a strategic thinker and someone who is also capable of delivering the goods. You will be a team player and able to work in partnership with senior local authority managers and help them realise their goals on SDS at an operational level If you think you can make the grade and make an impact quickly in this challenging environment you might just be the person we need.
