To help customers achieve a successful implementation, OLM have developed PRIME, a proven and tested implementation methodology designed to ensure CareFirst projects are completed on time and to budget.
The PRIME methodology draws on OLM's extensive experience to provide a generic, repeatable roadmap of the key activities necessary to ensure successful implementation, within acceptable risk and cost parameters. It comprises a set of documented project stages, tasks and deliverables, both mandatory and optional) which clearly define how the project will achieve its key objectives.
