The safeguarding of children is unarguably the most important task for the local authorities children's social care teams. OLM Professional Services works with Children's Services departments analysing existing business problems and developing delivery plans for improvement.
We are one of the few suppliers selected by the DCSF Children Services Improvement Framework - the DCSF’s stamp of approval on official suppliers, enabling local authorities to procure support to transform their Children’s Services departments.
We work with Local Authorities to ensure the effective use of the Integrated Children's System (ICS) and ensure that care pathways are introduced to ensure effective work practices are followed.
