Adult Services
Supporting the Transformation of Adult Services
Putting People First is the single biggest industry change since the birth of the 1990 NHS and Community Care Act. There is a high level of political and policy consensus on the need to bring about a whole system change in response to significant demographic and economic pressures together, with the personal aspirations and expectations of citizens.
There is a general consensus that the current system of adult social care requires radical reform to one which provides care equality, whilst enabling people to retain their independence, control and dignity.
We recognise that the magnitude of the change in meeting agendas such as Personalisation/Self Directed Support, PDS, Connecting for Health and the Common Assessment Framework cannot be satisfied by existing working practices and current care management systems.
We have created unique intellectual property in our Adult Services Reference Architecture underwhich we deploy all relevant solutions.
We are currently working with over 70 adults services departments in helping them deliver the requirements of adult social care both now and in the future.
We deliver solutions for:
- Putting People First
- Case Management
- Joint Working
- Mobile
- Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS)
- Commissioning
- Sector Intelligence
