As government agenda's change, we are focused on delivering market leading technology and supporting services that meets our customers' needs. To enable our customers to meet these challenges we have developed the Universal Services Platform for social care, this incorporates citizen portals, case management, commissioning, financial management, and multi agency working. All of our solutions within our Universal Services Platform for social care are secure, work seamlessly within the councils technical environment and can be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 a year.
