Product Management
Our team of five product managers monitor the market requirements and our customers’ opinions to scope and define our products. They manage our user groups ensuring that we fully understand our customer requirements and deliver against them. We have increased the regularity of user and focus groups to ensure that our solution reflects our customer requirements
Development
Having the largest development team in our sector enables us to provide rapid technology advancements to our customers. Our size means that we can deliver more value to our customers in every release. For example, our latest version of CareFirst delivered over £1million worth of investment. We have invested heavily in our testing team, through additional people and process, to ensure the optimal quality of the software we release.
Customer Relationships and Marketing
Our team of account managers ensure that customers have one point of contact. They work with customers to ensure that they are kept fully abreast of the latest information.
Customer Support
The largest support team in our sector enables rapid issue resolution. Under our Support Level Agreement we provide escalation processes and procedures to ensure all support queries are dealt with in a professional and timely manner

Our consultancy service delivers a complete solution to our customers, covering business consulting, product consulting, personalisation, change management, interim management and training.
